Women’s Global Network was established in 2022 by The Mentorship Academy, an NPO that focusses on the human development and empowerment of young women with objective of removing obstacles that hinder and deprive young women of growth and success. It does this primarily through eLearning, mentorship and coaching.
The Mentorship Academy, through engagements and learning experiences of their programs, recognized that whilst the world grabbles with diversity and inclusivity, it is important that women and women leaders are supported and equipped with coping and survival mechanism to face the challenges borne from gender exclusivity.
The Mentorship Academy identified the formation of global networks as one of the strategies to developing mechanisms for women and making it easy to survive the gender dynamics. The Women’s Global Network was formed as an association and partner of The Mentorship Academy.
